Engagement Session at the Athens Botanical Garden

Jessie & Tanner’s engagement session at the gorgeous State Botanical Gardens of Georgia in Athens was filled with the most delicious lighting. I told you that we would be featuring this location many times over the last few weeks on the blog. What can we say? It’s iconic and we think it’s the most perfect engagement session location.

Rachel recently captured their wedding at the Hays-McDonald Farm last November. We’ll be sharing some favorites down the road after delivery, don’t you worry!

We have been getting tons of questions about how this works now that Rachel is also taking on her own brides. First and foremost, if I (Sarah) book a wedding and they add on a second photographer, Rachel is my first choice unless she already has a wedding lined up that day. Of course, some people immediately request Rachel as their lead photographer and we love that. As her older sister, I love seeing her succeed and building out her own business and portfolio. We’ve been doing this whirlwind weekend life together for over five years now and I am so proud of what we’ve built.

Our processes and workflows are the same, so as our client you will have identical experiences from planning sessions to engagements to wedding days to editing to delivery. I oversee every step of my brides and hers to ensure a magical experience for everyone. We want you to be happy!
