The Night Before | Alpharetta, GA
Brooke and JT kicked off their wedding weekend with a rehearsal dinner at Upstairs at Rena’s! You cannot beat the intimate and exuberant atmosphere of a rehearsal dinner. When you peel back the layer of formality and the anticipation of your closest friends and family is building? You can’t beat it! I love capturing rehearsal dinners.
Speaking of Rena’s, if you’re looking for a rehearsal dinner venue in the Alpharetta area, this should be on your list! The staff were some of the friendliest I’ve worked with thus far in the industry. The food looked delicious and the cocktails caught my eye more than once! I definitely told my husband James that we needed to go back when we had some friends in town.
“Welcome to The Night Before”
Have you considered having a photographer capture your entire wedding weekend, not just the wedding day? Not only does it allow for you to become more comfortable being in the sights of the lens, but it allows for the photographer to become more comfortable with your family. The more we can learn about them, the more we know what moments to look for throughout the wedding day.
Bringing a photographer in also allows you to capture special moments like toasts that aren’t happening at the reception. On your wedding day, the bride and groom are our main focus. But during the rehearsal dinner, we definitely have time to snap moments between your parents that you may miss. We become another pair of eyes for you to memorialized such a special time in your life.
So check out a few snaps from JT and Brooke’s rehearsal dinner below and come back next week for ones from their wedding!
