I get to celebrate my work on Neeki and Matei’s wedding being featured, this time in Atlanta Style Weddings!

It’s with immense pride, and a fair amount of squealing, that I get to share that my work on Sonya and Dean’s wedding was featured in Brides!

I absolutely loved Kylie and Vivek’s intimate botanical garden wedding! I’ve mentioned it before, but the State Gardens on UGA’s campus are a dream location for me. I want to take as many portrait sessions as possible in the rose garden!

Kaitlyn and Dillon’s wedding at The Chapel Athens continued the trend of their engagement session: celebrating the couple and the city of Athens around them. As it is practically my home town as well, I’m obsessed with some of the city portrait shots we captured between the wedding and the reception.

Ashlyn and Matt’s raucously fun wedding at The Venue at Aberdeen is today’s blog highlight! As you can imagine, I have seen quite the range of fun weddings in my career. This one has instantly shot near to the top!

Today, we are taking a quick glance at Susan and Greg’s intimate State Botanical Gardens of Georgia wedding! I love this venue more every time I visit. The flowers were showing off in the bright sunlight of spring!

Today we are following Meredith and Hunter’s engagement session from Lake Herrick to downtown Athens! If you’ve followed my photography for awhile, you know that I adore three things: lakes, dogs, and gorgeous lighting. In this series of photos, you get a healthy dose of all three!

Madison and Chris met up with me recently in Piedmont Park for their engagement session. It’s an obvious Atlanta classic, but I feel like we managed to capture some of the best lighting I’ve had at this iconic venue.

Today we’re traveling down into Central Georgia for Carlie and Kyler’s private estate wedding in Lyons! Since my career has started, I’ve had the pleasure of capturing a few private estate weddings and let me just say: I love them! The freedom and creativity by not having to conform to venue rules and restrictions really allows the wedding to shine!

Victoria and Joel’s wedding at The Hazelhurst House was a glowing day of classic Southern beauty. The location was a classic Georgia home with gorgeous columns and sprawling grounds perfect for portraits!

Today I’m sharing a very special bridal session with Carlie at Birdie & Co Studio! The pure excitement of seeing everything come together in a top secret pre-wedding “test run” is a pure prelude of joy. The peace and lack of pressure on the day really comes through in these photos. It’s a sacred glimpse into those last few moments before marriage.

Ashlyn and Matt’s engagement session in Madison, Georgia took place at a very special location to me: my backyard! I loved the way the light shone through the winter trees with the first hint of spring growth. Despite being a cold February day, the warmth of the sun and their love really glows.

Rachael and Mike’s wedding at Milton, Georgia’s Little River Farms was a classic, beautiful wedding. While so many of the details were stunning, the fantastic floral arrangements centering white flowers were truly breathtaking! In the luscious lighting, it almost felt like they were glowing. It was perfection.

Gracie and Luke’s wedding at the Hadden Estate had two of my favorite things: cowboy hats and a dog! There is something deeply nostalgic for the country life I grew up when I see cowboy hats and I love how they were incorporated into their wedding attire. Of course, any dog will always attempt to steal the show!

Caroline and Riley’s wedding at The Georgia Club was a wedding detailed to perfection! There’s something I love about a color scheme reminiscent of a coastal estate that Caroline’s choices absolutely nailed down. Between elegant white flowers and bountiful touches of blue, this was a timeless event!

Carlyn and Forde’s wedding at the Meadows at Mossy Creek was an outdoor stunner! After watching the forecast all week leading up to the wedding, we knew it could be a close call for their outdoor venue. However, the rain quit falling just in time and held off through the ceremony!

Amanda-Ruth and Matthew’s wedding at the 2425 Warehouse in Monroe, GA kicks off three weeks with one absolutely lovely family on the blog! The word that comes to mind when I think of this wedding is “sweet.” The balance of love, connection, family, and joy culminated in an absolutely perfect day.

Marie and Aaron’s wedding at the Hadden Estate at Damn Good Dawg Farms was the perfect way to kick off my summer wedding season! Despite all the emotions and stress that accompany wedding days, the group around them were really fun and sweet. Not only did it make their day easier and more memorable, it helped me capture the moments along the way.

Brooke and Zach’s wedding at the Wildflower 301 is today’s blog offering! This couple was exceptionally kind and I loved every minute I spent around them this day. I know every photographer says their couples are beautiful inside and out, but we truly mean it! These two were so intentional in their decisions and design and it really coalesced into a stunning, elegant day.
