The Garden Wedding Reception | Athens, GA
Sammie and Braden’s wedding day at Emmanuel Episcopal and The Garden captured all of the magic of a wedding day in Athens.
This was our second week in a row at this church. Photographers can’t use flash during the ceremony and I think it adds a moodiness and a gravitas to the photos that I just love. The way the arch frames the altar is just simply divine. And don’t get me started on the prettiest little courtyard that is perfect for portraits. You’d never know it’s in central downtown Athens. Definitely a big fan of this church.
Transferring over to The Garden in nearby Bogart for the reception, Sammie and Braden’s vendor team absolutely delivered on the vision. Danielle’s flowers are always on point and full of whimsy and romance. The team at The Garden definitely curated the party. The town of Bogart even broke out fireworks for the event! Or that’s what we’ll be telling ourselves and give the bride and groom permission to do the same.
A special shoutout to Rachel. You all know I love my sister. Looking at this wedding, I could gaslight myself into thinking I’m the one who took every shot. I love that after all this time, we are so in sync and presenting the same product for all of our brides and grooms. I’m proud of this business we’ve been building together ever since she joined my team.
Congrats to Sammie and Braden! Here are just a few of my faves. I could’ve shared two hundred!
