Herty Field Wedding Reception | Athens, GA

Molly and Matthew’s beautiful wedding at the UGA Chapel is half of this blog, but I am exceptionally excited to share their reception at Herty Field as well! We’ve taken engagement photos all over North Campus; Herty Field being one of my go-to spots!. We’ve captured many weddings in the chapel! But seeing such a special place in a new way just made me fall in love all over again.

I didn’t get to do Molly and Matthew’s engagement session, but working with them felt like I had known them and worked with them before. A photographer’s dream!

Their wedding planner, Gilly Francis, is hysterical. When I find out we’re working together, I get excited. Not only is she a wonderful person, but her execution of the bride’s vision is often stunning. The design, the color palette, and the details literally came together perfectly. I love that they landed the theme of a garden party. The incorporation of grapes was an inspired touch!
